Engie - Internal wellbeing campaign

We had the privilege of partnering with Engie, Belgium’s leading energy supplier, on an internal wellbeing campaign focused on strengthening health, safety, and support awareness among their employees. The campaign was designed to address an essential topic: making sure people know where to turn when they need help - and feel encouraged to do so.
Our role was to translate this sensitive subject into clear, accessible communication. We developed a strong yet reassuring campaign concept that highlighted the available helplines for Engie employees, ensuring the message felt supportive, trustworthy, and easy to understand. A dedicated campaign logo and visual identity were created, fully aligned with Engie’s brand while adding a human and empathetic tone.
To bring the campaign to life across the organization, we designed a range of practical communication materials. These included informative brochures, animated screen visuals, and internal mailings - each tailored to reach employees in different contexts and at different moments during their workday. Clear messaging, strong visuals, and consistent branding ensured the information remained visible, recognizable, and top of mind.
Working closely with Engie’s teams, we delivered a campaign that communicated important wellbeing and safety information in a respectful and impactful way. The result is a cohesive internal campaign that contributes to a safer, more supportive workplace culture - one where employees feel informed, cared for, and encouraged to reach out when needed.
